2025 Korean Orthopaedic Trauma International Congress & 51st Annual Meeting of the Korean Fracture Society cordially invites prospective professionals to submit the abstracts for presentation at KOTIC 2025 which will be held on April 25 (Fri) - 26 (Sat), 2025 in Incheon, Korea.

Submission Guidelines
  • The online abstract submission system will close automatically at midnight on the submission deadline. Please ensure that you meet the deadline.
  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or E-posters.
  • Tables or figures may be included to aid in better understanding of the content.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.
  • Submitted abstracts will be shared with session chairs for review.
Important Notes for Abstract Submission
  1. Presentation Format
    • Please specify the presentation format (Oral, Poster, Case Presentation) during submission.
    • Some abstracts submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as posters.
  2. Submission Language and Content
    • Abstracts must be submitted in English. Special characters, tables, and figures are allowed.
    • For special characters, please use the input options provided next to the text field.
    • For tables or figures included in the abstract, please convert them to JPG or GIF format and attach them as files.
  3. Character Limits
    • Title: Up to 125 words, including spaces.
    • Affiliation and Authors: No restrictions on the number of authors or characters.
      • If authors from different affiliations are included, please distinguish their affiliations using superscript symbols (e.g., 1, 2, 3).
      • Example: ○○ University, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery; △△ University, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery1.
    • Main Text: Should include sections such as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Each section should start on a new line, and the total word count (including spaces and section titles) must not exceed 500 words.
    • Up to two tables or figures may be attached.
  4. Abstract Submission Process
    • Once submission is completed, a submission number will be issued. Revisions can be made until the submission deadline.
    • For revisions, use the "Modify Abstract" section and log in with the submission number and password.
  5. Awards for Outstanding Abstracts
    • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Korean Fracture Society Academic Committee, and candidates for the Outstanding Abstract Award will be selected without separate applications.
  6. Case Presentation
    • Case presentations must follow the template provided via the designated link. When submitting, please attach the file in .doc format.
    • Abstracts submitted for Case Presentation will be selected for the Upper Extremity session and Lower Extremity (including Pelvis/Acetabulum) session with 4 cases (abstracts) per session.
